Refund & Return Policy

At Faché, we take pride in quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, return eligibility varies by category.


Fragrances

All fragrance sales are final once opened or used.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos.


Handbags

Handbags may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Item is unused

  • Item is in original condition with all tags attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Beauty (Makeup & Cosmetic Products)

Due to hygiene and safety standards, all beauty product sales are final once opened or used.

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items, reported within 48 hours of delivery.


Faché After Dark

Faché After Dark items are final sale due to the intimate and hygienic nature of these products.

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective and must be reported prior to use.


General Notes

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

  • Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
